HOW TO CHANGE THE COLOR SCHEME OF YOUR INVITATION

This video shows you how quickly it is to change the colors of the ghost invitation to fit whatever color-scheme you want. You can change everything from the ghosts’ party hats to the background itself.

Note that you can’t always change the colors to all of Canva’s graphics.  If you can click on the graphics and the colors show up on the left top corner then you can change the colors.

HOW TO ADD PHOTO TO YOUR INVITATION

To add a photo into your invitation template, go to GRAPHICS  then select FRAME. Choose your frame shape. Arrange it on your invitation.

Resize the frame by dragging on the corners of your frame.

Now it’s time to add your photo or image.

Go to UPLOADS.

The photo should now show up in your UPLOADS on Canva.

Once you designed your kids Halloween party invitation, and download it onto your computer, it’s time to print it out.

2. 2 invitations on one page – Print out on cardstock and cute out cards.

3. double-sided invitation – Print out the front of the invite. Turn the cardstock over and align it according to your printer’s manual (not all printers are set up the same to handle double-sided printing). Print the back of the invite.

  • picture frame

STEP 1 DOWNLOAD & PRINTING

This is an 8×10 inches wall art printable. This printable will fit perfectly into an 8.5×11 frame with a 8×10 mat. No need for trimming.

STEP 2 DOWNLOAD YOUR WALL ART

Please note: These tags are for personal use only. This PDF may not be sold, distributed, or posted on other website. If you would like to share this with your family and friends, please link to this post and not to the file itself.

STEP 3 Display your Printable

1. Put this wall art in a big frame with a white mat for 8×10 photo. This way you can just print the design onto 8.5×11 cardstock without having to trim it down to fit an 8×10 frame. I use a fine point dry-erase marker to write out my plans.
Here are some beautiful frames that would be lovely for this printable. Some are 8×10 and one is 11×14.

2. Use magnetic poster hanger frames.  I have these in several different sizes. It’s so easy to change signs with the magnetic poster hanger frame.  Just put your sign between the two magnetic pieces of wood and hang it up on the wall. I like that they are really light weight and has no glass that my kids can break. Of course, the downside of these is that I can’t use them as erase board since there is no glass involves. Only the 4 pieces of wood strips that hold the printable and a string to hang. It’s very simple.

3. Print the printable onto magnetic paper so you can put on your refrigerator or any magnetic board.

4. Use regular or washi tapes for a creative and fun way to display your printable calendar on the wall. Washi tapes come in many different sizes and designs. I am loving these right now.
