Here is your super-duper easy instructions on how to make this floral wreath Mother’s Day gift tag
1. Print out your gift tag onto cardstock. 2. Cut out your circle tag using a scissor or 2″ round hold puncher. 3. Use a smaller hole puncher to make hole at the top of your gift tag. 4. Thread string or twine through the hole and tie to your gift.
Alternately, if you don’t have a hole punch, simply use double-sided tape to stick the gift tag to your gift box or bag. You can also turn these into labels/stickers by printing on sticker paper.

Supplies and Instructions
Creating the card is fairly simple.
1. Print it out on cardstock either at home or at a printing shop. 2. Cut out the card with a paper trimmer or scissors. 3. Fold it half. 4. Write inside card. 5. Give to your mom! 6. If you want to put it inside an envelope, I recommend these. You can also make your own envelope.
